The Imani Rural Women's Action Group is a community of Kenyan Women who are working to make a better life. This western Kenyan area is burdened by high poverty, inadaquate health care, AIDS, orphaned childrened due to disease, and difficult acess to urban areas. That is why they have come together to create a craft and learn a trade that will help them generate income and support their immediate and extended families.
